Show the math, or it does not count.

The name is literal — AHA stands for anti-hallucination architects: Grounding, Refinement, Validation, Guardrails is the blueprint, and every number we publish is built to be checked.
Every score derives from stored raw observations — what the channels actually showed on a dated run — not summaries of summaries.
AI answers vary between runs, so we sample multiple runs per measurement and score the spread, not a lucky draw.
Movement smaller than the detection threshold publishes as “no significant change this period.” Improvement publishes as improvement. Both directions, always.
Scoring-model versions are pinned to every snapshot. Cross-version comparisons re-score from raw inputs or carry a model-change notice on their face.
Every dollar we show is an estimate and says so, with its assumptions one tap away: search volumes by grade, sector value per customer, the capture assumption. Disagree with an assumption? Change it — the number recalculates in front of you. An unlabeled dollar is a defect in our system, not a style choice.
MIT’s 2025 study of 300+ enterprise deployments found 95% of GenAI pilots showed no measurable P&L impact within six months. In the same research, externally partnered AI deployments succeeded about twice as often as internal builds — 67% versus 33%. We exist so that whatever you build, the before and after are on the record.
The stakes of unverified AI are documented: a public database now catalogs over 1,350 court cases involving AI-hallucinated citations, with the pace accelerating through 2026. Our discipline exists because checking beats trusting.
When we get something wrong, the correction is published here, dated, with what changed. An empty log is a claim; a maintained one is a practice.
The limits we hold ourselves to are published in full: what we will not tell you.
