How the AHA Level works.

Measured where the decision happens.
Customers decide in six places. We measure each one, score it, and roll the six into one number out of 100 with a grade — ranked against the businesses actually competing for your customers, by name.

Rankings, the map pack, and your profile for the searches that bring customers.
What ChatGPT and its peers answer when someone asks who to call. We sample multiple runs and show the spread.
Ratings, volume, and response behavior where your sector's customers read them.
Presence and activity where local discovery happens — and whether strangers name you on Reddit when a neighbour asks who to call.
The platforms your trade lives on — claimed, accurate, working.
The site the click lands on — reachable, fast, and steady, measured as a customer's phone experiences it.
Your number sits next to the businesses taking your calls.
Your first measurement is saved forever.
Every scan after that becomes proof of progress — yours, and your competitors’. Reports compare fixed, disclosed windows; the endpoints are printed on the report’s face; competitors who enter or exit the market are disclosed, never silently dropped. Anyone can audit a moment. We keep the record.
Both directions. Always.
When you improve, the report says so. When nothing significant changed, it says that too — movement smaller than our detection threshold renders as “no significant change this period,” not as manufactured drama. When our scoring model changes, your report tells you. We measure; we don’t scare.
